PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Beautifully engraved certificate from the Globe Iron Works issued in 1913. This historic document was printed by Schwabacher Frey Stationery Co. and has an ornate border around it with the company's name on top center. This item is hand signed by the Company's President and Secretary and is over 92 years old.

The Globe Iron Works was incorporated in 1895. They built rod and geared "gypsy" type locomotives utilizing the design patented by John Dolbleer.
